Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the IT services domain through market research, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (C-level executives, IT managers) to pitch tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver client-centric proposals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine targeting and positioning.
  • Performance Tracking: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, analyze campaign effectiveness, and report on KPIs.
  • Events & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or lead generation for IT services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email automation) and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • An analytical mindset is needed to translate data into actionable strategies.
